The story of this car

Delivered new in Germany in June 2003, this Carrera 4S was imported into France in 2011 by its second owner — import file and invoices to hand. The 4S takes the widened body, brakes and running gear of the Turbo: the most accomplished of the M96-engined 996s.

The one thing every 996 buyer checks, we have checked for you: the intermediate shaft (IMS) bearing was replaced with an uprated unit at 98,000 km, together with the clutch and the crankshaft oil seal. Since 2011, an oil change every 10,000 km, without exception.

The Arctic Silver is original across the whole body; the Turbo wheels were refurbished in 2024 and wear recent tyres at the rear. Inside, full black leather and electric seats; the gear knob shows normal wear for the mileage, and we have left it as it is. A 320 PS GT you can use all year round, four-wheel drive included.
